consistency and accountability across all team members during the internship period.

This includes both personal and sick leave.

Unused leave does not carry over to the next month.
Leave Approval Process
• Planned Leave:

b) Subject to approval by the Project Manager (PM).
c) Leave request must mention the date, reason, and confirmation of task coverage.

Emergency Leave:
a) May be granted in genuine emergencies, with 1-day prior notice and valid reason.

Unapproved Leave & Absenteeism
-
Taking leave without prior approval will be considered unauthorized absence.
-
Two unauthorized leaves in a month may lead to a formal warning or termination of the internship.
Work-from-Home or Sick Days
-
Working from home due to health or personal issues is allowed only if approved by the PM.
-
It will be counted as leave unless productive work output is demonstrated and confirmed.
Compliance & Performance Impact

Leave adherence is part of the monthly performance evaluation.
-
Un-authorized or excessive leave negatively affects your performance score and future hiring eligibility.
-
Consistent compliance shows professionalism and strengthens your standing for full-time consideration.
