As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be part of a collaborative marketing team where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of digital marketing—SEO, social media, content, email marketing, paid ads, and analytics. Key Responsibilities:
a. Content & Social Media Marketing:
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites.
• Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to increase audience engagement.
b. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Perform basic keyword research for blog posts and landing pages.
• Help in optimizing on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking).
• Assist in backlinking strategies and monitoring website ranking performance.
c. Paid and Unpaid Marketing (Google & Social Ads):
• Learn and assist in setting up paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor ad performance and support in creating reports for optimization.
d. Email & CRM Campaigns:
• Help design and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho.
• Segment email lists and track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
e. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
f. Conduct basic keyword research and support in on-page/off-page SEO activities.
g. Support in writing and editing content for blogs, website pages, and social posts.
h. Assist in creating reports and presentations to share insights with the team.
i. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Creative thinking and a strong interest in online marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Nice to Have:
• Completed a digital marketing course or certification (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or social media advertising.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, or Mailchimp.
